We handle minor repairs and improvements that do not require a permit or a specialty license. We do not do electrical, plumbing, roofing or air-conditioning repairs; if your list includes one of those, we tell you and connect you with a licensed professional.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a minor repair?
Jobs that do not require a building permit or a specialty license, typically under $2,500 in labor and materials: drywall, doors, caulking, screens, fences, shelves, mounting, small carpentry and touch-up painting.
Do you do electrical or plumbing work?
No. Those require licensed contractors in Florida. We can replace a cabinet handle or mount a TV bracket, but outlets, wiring, faucets and drains go to a licensed electrician or plumber, and we can refer one.
Can you fix the ceiling stain from my old leak?
Yes, once the leak itself is repaired. We patch, prime with a stain blocker, match the texture and repaint.
Is there a minimum job size?
We ask for a list of at least two or three items so the visit is worth your money. Send photos and we quote the whole list at once.
Do you also do painting and pressure cleaning?
Yes. Many customers combine handyman repairs with exterior cleaning or painting on the same visit and save.
